One of the scariest "under" stories of COVID-19 is the impact on cancer screenings. With screenings so far down, oncologists are already seeing patients present with more advanced cancers. So, that's why COA is launching the national "Time to Screen" campaign in concert with CancerCare. We already have a public health emergency with COVID-19. We don't need another with cancer, especially given all the progress we have made in treatments and cures.
